Lodge Reception Hours
Our restricted public hours allow us to make your pets schedule our priority. By restricting our interruptions; feeding, medications, relief breaks and packages remain on a daily schedule for your pet allowing for a smooth transition to lodging life.
Please Note: Staff may be working in the Lodge, but doors remain locked except for Reception Hours.
Reception is open for scheduled check-ins and check-outs during the following hours.

Explanation of our Courtesy Checkout time:
If courtesy check-out time for your pet has passed a charge for that day will be added to your invoice. Packages and care of your pet resume at 10 am, so charges apply if they are not picked up by the end of courtesy check-out. You may choose a later time during our public hours however you will be charged an additional day.
We encourage you to drop off your pets in the morning of each business day. Charges are not based on a 24 hour clock. You are charged each night of stay and a day charge is applied if you do not pick-up during our courtesy check-out times.
Pets will be released to their owners upon receipt of payment. Payments can be made using Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Certified Cheques. (No Personal Cheques Please)
Booking and Cancellation Policies
All Lodge reservations require a non-refundable deposit, deposits are based on the number of days reserved and the number of bunks/condos required.
- 1-2 day stay = $50.00 per bunk/condo
- 3-7 day stay = $75.00 per bunk/condo
Deposits are applied to the invoice at check-out, reservations can be adjusted by 24 hours at the beginning or end of the reservation without penalty however, penalties do apply to reservations that are shortened more than 24 hours at either end of stay, extensions of a reservation are always accommodated. Deposits are taken for the specific dates booked at the time of reservation and are not transferrable to any other dates or client.
If a cancellation occurs less than 30 days to check-in date, the deposit is non-refundable, otherwise if cancelled more than 30 days to the check-in date, the deposit will be refunded 50% of the full amount. This does not apply to Long Term Lodging Contracts.
Pets that are staying for 30 or more days will be required to provide a 50% deposit of the total amount owing. Please call 905-936-6214 for Long Term Rates and Lodging Contracts.
