At the lodge, we take vaccinations very seriously, as a matter of fact, all cats and dogs must have proof of the following current vaccinations:
- Bordetella (not commonly given with yearly vaccinations)
- Any Dogs enrolled in Social Group Play Programs mixing with dogs from a different family must have proof of flea/heartworm prevention as well.
- Calici Virus
- Feline Leukemia
(Optional for indoor cats, required for outdoor cats)
Are required on an annual basis. A signed certificate from your veterinarian is mandatory upon or prior to your arrival (send by fax 905-936-6690).
The Lodge Staff is prepared to administer oral and topical medication/supplements that your pet may require. Please ensure that all medication/supplements entering the lodge are labeled properly and that detailed instructions are given to our staff. Surcharges do apply, please contact us for further information.
Any pet visiting our lodge that may require medical attention during their stay will be attended to by one of our 24h/7 day a week local veterinarians. Any bills incurred as a result of a medical call will be paid in full and added directly to the existing invoice. Please be sure to thoroughly fill in the section on the registration form having to do with any known medical conditions your pet may be experiencing or diagnosed with. (Heart murmurs, seizures, bloating, infections, arthritis, tumours, constipation, diarrhoea, or any other condition).
